South East Electricity Substation Alliance (SEESA) is a Joint Venture project is delivered by Alstom Grid, Mott MacDonald and Skanska. SEESA is currently running ten sites with work that is valued at over £100 million annually. This is part of National Grid’s multi-billion pound investment to make further improvements to the UK’s electricity network.

Prior to Mosaic’s involvement, SEESA managed competence using spreadsheets and photocopied qualifications. Since installation, Mosaic has helped SEESA record competence levels data and identify skill gaps against job specifications. It also flags up expiring qualifications so that training and assessments can be organised in plenty of time.
